Quote: But we have alternatives if we realize that we need to look for them.

And there's the rub! How do we know to look for them if we can't see the problem to start with?

This is where mirroring comes in. Mirroring is reflecting back what is present in a moment without the original perceived biases and prejudices. In mirroring, step 1 is 1+1 =2, Step 2 is  2-1 = 1.

So we start out with 1 - the viewpoint of the person and 1 - the mirrored perception by the "mirror-er", the 2 separate points of view. As the 2 are brought together, the mirrored perception resonates with the unbiased, latent perception, of the person, previously hidden by prejudices, and the biases and prejudices are removed by the person, so that what is left is a holistic awareness of the event, which provides the awareness to solve the problem.

This is what I call Intuitive Mirroring, which is mirroring using intuitive source for perspective, so that the perspective is not polluted by biases and prejudices as most perspectives are. In order to do this, personal distortions have to be put aside, not only at the moment of the mirroring, but constantly, as a natural part of one's life, so that the mirroring is clearly reflected in the moment. Then the skill of Intuitive Communication is required to be able to intuit what relevant life experience will bring together or bridge the 2 separate perspectives into one.

Ironically, the specific problem isn't clear quite often when a client first comes to me. They sense something is not right, but have an approximate idea as to the cause. Naturally, if they knew the precise problem, they would be well on the way to solving it. But their own beliefs and conditioning won't allow them to see the whole picture - only a distorted one that doesn't assist in the solution. So I usually spend the first part of a session with a client examining what they are really there for, which often turns out to be something different then they thought.

As Bill mentioned in his blog from the movie What the Bleep!?, the story in which the Indians were not able to “see” the ships of Christopher Columbus when he first arrived in the New World, this is a clear example of how awareness can effect our perception of the word. In the story it took a shaman or wise man of the tribe to see the ships first and then to communicate to the rest of the tribe of their existence. This, to me, is the function of Intuitive Mirroring and then Intuitive Communication.

Well, as it turns out it's been about a year since I last posted on this blog! Time flies!


Those of you that know me well, know that I am continually refining and clarifying my understanding and awareness of myself and the world and I never stop working on this, which tends to be exhausting to my close friends. But that's who I am, so, having reached a stalemate here in NC, I sought greener pastures in Boulder, as shared in my previous post. But, since my being was crying out for clarity in areas I couldn't access myself, and since I couldn't find the support I needed in Greensboro, it was Boulder that connected me to the tools I needed.

Bill and his new 9 step process were exactly what I was looking for and needed to continue my self clarity. He took me through this process covering a new step every 2 weeks, which was very intense and at times scary. On top of this, my support in Boulder crumbled, except for Bill and much to my surprise, as I started working with the 7th stage, it came up that I needed to go back to Greensboro, NC to complete the process, working with Bill long distance.

So some amazing alignments and synchronicity occurred to get me back to Greensboro in April of last year. I continued the process Bill was working with me on and was in a semi-retired state, only working with a few clients, so that I could continue to allow the process to work on me. After the formal training was completed, then a period of deep reflection and introspection occurred, where anything that wasn't in alignment with the newly evolved and integrated me was brought up, seen for what it was and discarded. This part of the process has continued until now, and though it is a continual process, I am now at the phase where I can now "go public" and share what has happened and what I have gotten. Which is why I am now posting to this blog and will be doing a series of articles and talks in the near future.

The bottom line result of this work is that I am now able to easily spot disruption and interference in myself and anyone or anything else and to show others how to do the same. My intuitive abilities are now able to express in full potency, and I am able to stand as a support to all life. Many old incapacitating fears have been completely discarded and the ability to to face any remnants of such fears or programming from others and my environment is enhanced to the point of being quite potent. Confusion has been replaced with the confidence of knowing myself and the clarity of being aligned with my true nature.

Greetings everyone! Just a short update to let you know about my move to Boulder, CO.

I moved in the middle of December and have been taking a couple of months off to rest and do some self-reflection. I have friends here, which is why I came here and also because this part of the country speaks to me and feels like home.

One of my friends is part Cherokee and has been trained in Cherokee numbers, which are fascinating. I found out I’m an 11 and my spirit animal is a coyote – actually a singing coyote! So no wonder I feel at home here in Boulder!

Knowing your Cherokee number, and what that means is a great way to clarify your strengths and weakness and to better understand your natural Self-Expression and how to relate to others. It’s an invaluable tool to map out how your co-workers/employees relate as well as family dynamics and personal relationships. My friend Catherine does this and she is working with me in my practice, so if you’d like to know more about this – let me know and she can do a session with you though LYLC.

I’ll be picking up my practice soon and still do phone sessions, so if you need some assistance, give me a call or email me. Self-Forgiveness as a Tool for

Stopping Self Harm

Most of us have heard of forgiving other people. Jesus talks about forgiveness in the Bible. We have heard that we should not carry around resentment or anger but instead release it by forgiving the person we are angry at. But this can be difficult to do, especially if those angry thoughts and feelings "take us over" and possess us to the point where we can't turn them off.

If you notice, when you are stuck in this mode of judgment and blame, you don't feel very good physically. And the more you focus on these thoughts and feelings, the stronger they get and the more you feel bad. Once you are able to stop you feel relieved, even though you may feel that the circumstances fully justify your thoughts and feelings about it.

I have a client who recently actually made himself ill from his own anger at a situation. His body wouldn't digest food well anymore and he started losing weight, because his body couldn't absorb the nutrients it needed from the food he ate.

As we discussed what was going on, he saw that he was harming his own body by his thoughts and feelings. I suggested he forgive himself for his self-judgment, in which he felt foolish for having put himself into similar situations over and over again. He applied self-forgiveness as the specific technique I shared with him and he immediately felt better and was able to stop his thoughts and feelings from controlling him.

Over the next few weeks he kept applying SF whenever those thoughts and feelings came up to release them and stop them and he slowly regained his health and energy back assisted by the use of some supplements.

Self-Forgiveness is a powerful tool when structured in a specific way and applied correctly.  And it can be used on the spot in the moment! It's portable. In August, of this year (08), I watched the movie "The Future of Food" on Netflix - which you could only watch on the computer.  As I watched it I was shocked and moved about what I was being told.  Basically, this movie tells about how Genetically Modified Organisms or GMOs have been added into our food without us being made aware of it. It also talks about how farmers are being threatened by some large agra-business corporations and basically extorted for doing nothing more than farming their land and planting their seeds.

It also talks about how pesticide and herbicide companies have bought up most of the seed companies and have genetically modified the biggest crops - soy, corn, canola and cotton and patented them. Delving into the process of genetic engineering in these foods, the movie looks at how exactly this is accomplished and the dangers in each of the several step process. It goes on to point out how the governmental agencies that were set up to protect us are being directed by people who are financially linked to the very companies that they should be investigating.

As I watched this movie, I was compelled to do something about all this and so I purchased the movie and the rights to show it.  I am showing it for free in the area and invite you to come and see it.
